By downloading, installing, or using SkyScope (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Description of Service

SkyScope is an AI-powered mobile application that provides ai night-sky identifier — photograph the sky to identify constellations, bright stars, planets, and moon details. Results are generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App is free to download. Optional Premium access is offered through the Apple App Store as a weekly auto-renewing subscription ($1.99/week) or a Lifetime unlock ($6.99). All purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms.

4. Usage Limits

To protect service quality and prevent abuse, AI-powered features may have rate limits. Limits are applied per device or account and may change as the service evolves.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated results are for informational use only. They should not be treated as professional advice, guarantees, official appraisals, financial guidance, medical guidance, legal guidance, or safety decisions. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process that content only as needed to provide the App's AI functionality.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or resell the App or service
  • Attempt to bypass security, subscription, or usage-limit systems
  • Use AI results as a substitute for professional judgment where professional review is required

8. Service Availability

AI features require an internet connection and depend on third-party services that may experience delays or downtime. We may modify, limit, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sky Bringup, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
